Ilan has over 20 years of experience in face recognition R&D, system deployment, and business development. Ilan has led teams in the delivery of face recognition solutions globally, and has worked extensively with customers in the field gaining  an in-depth understanding of the industry and bridging technology to business solutions. Ilan has been involved with virtually all types of face recognition applications and customers, and has seen the technology, industry, and market evolve from its early days of commercial use to the expansive footprint that we know today. His technical background includes software development, biometric algorithms and performance analysis, and image processing. Ilan holds a Master’s degree in electrical and biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Christine brings extensive experience in both business and financial strategy for startups, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Christine has recently held CFO or Director roles at Artbitration Place, Sport Tourism Canada, and DragonFly Systems. At Face4 since 2016, she handles all of our accounting, forecasting, as well as financial reporting needs both internally and externally with our corporate accounting group. Christine provides the organized, systematic, and clear-thinking approach that is invaluable to the chaotic world of a small tech company.

 Ferents is a seasoned software professional with over 30 years of experience in a range  of scientific applications. In his roles as developer, analyst, architect and technical lead, Ferents has delivered products and mission critical solutions for commercial, government and military applications. At Face4, Ferents is the unique engine that drives ideas from inception to delivery, leading and mentoring our software teams as well as directing development,  His expertise includes cyber security, image processing, biometrics, machine learning, and camera technologies. Ferents holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Uzhgorod State University.
